Your trainer, Tim James has worked in the PAT Testing industry for more than 30 years. He first learned to carry out PAT Testing whilst working as a school science technician in his home town of Hull, East Yorkshire.
PAT Testing has been a part of Tim’s career ever since. He’s been teaching people how to carry out the subject for more than 25 years. He now runs training courses all across the UK – clients include the BBC, ITV, schools, colleges, universities, business large and small. Tim is also Standards Director of PATTA, and represents the PAT Testing Industry at all levels including government. He was also on the IET commitee that updated the Code of Practice in 2020.
